Priority-based mining communications queue
MessageBroker is a message queuing and routing system built for mission-critical communications in mining and heavy industrial environments. It manages prioritised messages and telephone call requests across distributed operations, ensuring that emergency alerts are always processed ahead of routine notifications through a four-tier priority classification system.
The system routes messages to specific Personal Emergency Devices or broadcasts to entire device groups. Every communication is logged with author attribution, timestamp, and content for full audit trail compliance. Built on SQL Server, MessageBroker integrates directly with existing mining IT infrastructure and SCADA systems.
